এতদ্বারা ৪নং জামালপুর ইউনিয়নবাসীকে জানানো যাইতেছে যে, জন্ম ও মৃত্যু নিবন্ধনের দ্বৈততা পরিহারের করিবার লক্ষ্যে জন্ম নিবন্ধনাধীন ব্যক্তির পিতা ও মাতার জন্ম নিবন্ধন সনদ দাখিল করিতে হইবে। এছাড়াও সন্তানের জন্ম সনদের ত্রুটি সংশোধনের ক্ষেত্রে পিতা ও মাতার জন্ম নিবন্ধন সনদ দাখিল করিতে হইবে।  জনাব মোঃ জাহিদ হাসান শুভ, চেয়ারম্যান (নিবন্ধক) ও সৈয়দ আফলাক হোসেন, ইউপি সচিব (নিবন্ধন-প্রস্তুতকারক)।

With the aim of building a digital Bangladesh under the Vision 2021 vision of the Government of Bangladesh, service at the doorstep of the people, the information-technology based center 'Union Information and Services' was established under the Prime Minister's Office's Access to Information (A2I) project on 11/11/2010 AD. Center (UISC)' inaugurated. An information and service center was also set up at the Kamarjani Union Parishad office as per government directives. As a result, the general public of the Union is able to receive various information technology related services in addition to their required citizenship certificates from this information and service center. The scope of services of this center is increasing day by day. So much gratitude to the Almighty. Last 23/06/2014 A.D. Information under the Prime Minister's Office's Access to (A2I) project 'National Web Portal'It was inaugurated. Which is a breakthrough step in building Digital Bangladesh. Kamarjani Union Information Portal' (Union Web Portal) has been opened as part of this information sharing. Our dedicated lives have been enriched day by day by the pioneers. Through the transmission of this information, people from any part of the world will now be able to know information about the history and traditions, geographical location, language and culture, education, health, agriculture, transportation system, development activities, social service activities etc. of Kamarjani Union. In today's era of information technology, I am able to present Kamarjani Union to the people of the world. And this is possible only through the creation of this data transmission. For this, on behalf of my union people, I sincerely thank the honorable Prime Minister and everyone associated with the A2I project. At the same time, I also express that,
